Virtual Training
Virtual Training is a unique program for busy individuals who desire regular contact with a professional fitness trainer for accountability and program modifications for successful outcomes.
This 16-week phone/email-based exercise program provides you with all the tools and support needed to stay active. Our unique approach includes a personalized exercise DVD, a heart-rate based cardiovascular program, personal monitoring, and weekly feedback from our training staff.
P R E R E Q U I S I T E S :
• All virtual training clients must have completed a LifeStyle Management comprehensive assessment in the past year, and have the following on file:
• 9-page health history
• Virtual Informed Consent
• Physician Release
• Client Agreement
C O S T :
• One-time $75 set-up fee (waived if completing an Initial V02 assessment or having completed a V02 retest within the past year).
• $60/month – Renewable in 4 month increments. (4 month minimum).
I N C L U D E S :
• Detailed 16-week heart-rate based cardiovascular, total body functional strength and flexibility program (including personalized exercise DVD) and exercise logs.
• 15 minute weekly phone or email contact to answer questions or make program modifications. Contact arrangements will be agreed upon with your trainer.
• Monthly progress report summarizing progress and determining next month’s exercise goals and progressions.
This program is also available with our Cardiac Risk Reduction Program, for those at high risk for heart disease. This program entails 4-6 weeks of monitored cardiovascular training, followed by an 8-week pedometer based, a 16-week heart rate based or 24-week heart rate plus functional strength training program for your home or gym.
