Sport-Specific Testing and Training Programs
LifeStyle Management provides human performance testing and
training for all levels and types of athletes. Testing of athletes
will be administered by an Exercise Physiologist. All tests will be
determined by demands of the sport, goals of the athlete, and designed
from the following assessments:

• Wingate Power Testing
• Lung Function Tests (FVC, FEV1, MVV)

Sport-Specific Virtual Strength and Conditioning Programs:
Virtual (phone/email) Training programs are also available for busy
individuals who want to train on their own. Each program is based
upon performance goals and individualized to address the specific
demands your sport. A year-long periodized training program can
provide continued progressions for improvement. This also can allow
an athlete to integrate rest into their training to in order to peak for
