The wellness committee is directed by a certified health professional and composed of health and fitness- minded individuals representing a cross section of the corporation. Their function is to assist the health consultant in evaluating the company's needs and developing appropriate programs. This committee should consist of individuals from various divisions within the company including human resources and finance.
